Notifications are not appearing

Open iPhone or iPad Settings → Notifications → 7:7 and make sure notifications and sounds are allowed. In 7:7, verify that notifications are enabled and that the relevant mirror times are active.

No notification sound

Check the device’s Ringtone and Alerts volume, Silent Mode and Focus settings. Also confirm that Sounds are enabled for 7:7 under system notification settings.

Quiet hours

When Quiet Hours are enabled, 7:7 intentionally does not schedule notifications during the selected time range.
