Your selected notification times, quiet-hour settings and personalized notification messages are stored locally on your device for the purpose of providing the app’s functionality.

Notifications

7:7 uses Apple’s local notification system. Notification permission is controlled by you in iOS or iPadOS Settings. You can disable notifications at any time.

Third-party tracking

7:7 does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Children

7:7 does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
